HOW DO I KNOW MY CORRECT SIZE?


To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in.

All orders are shipped via FEDEX,UPS, TNT or CTT.




CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.

Please note tracking numbers are only active and trackable 2 hours after the order has been collected from our warehouse. For orders placed after 4pm on Friday, your order will not be trackable until it has been collected from us the following Monday.




CAN I USE A PO BOX FOR MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?


We do not ship to PO boxes.




DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


We ship worldwide.




CAN MULTIPLE ORDERS BE COMBINED?


Due to high volume of orders we cannot combine orders. Please be sure to place all desired items in the cart before checking out.




HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?


Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing. Once your order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you, which includes your tracking number.




HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?


Standard domestic shipments usually take 1-3 business days to arrive.

International shipments typically take 3-15 business days to arrive.

Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforseen variables.




WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?


Litoral is not responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, or other taxes imposed by your respective country.




HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?


We are happy to exchange or return any item that you want. To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions located on our Returns information page.




WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?


The cost of returning your item to us is your responsibility.




WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?


Once returned items are received, credit is issued within 2-3 business days.
